Evening Services resume again on Sunday 13 August 2017 at 7pm.  There will no service on Sunday 27 August.  Term time services begin on Sunday 1 October 2017

We are really looking forward to welcoming the new intake of students at Lancaster University. Our programme for the week is as follows - all events are open for anyone to attend. All events are free. All events are open to anyone of any faith tradition or none.

7pm Evening Worship - a service for Christians of all denominations - Chaplaincy Anglican and Free Church Chapel

Mon 2 Oct
12-2pm FREE LUNCH - Chaplaincy Café. Free food, soup and bread, and an opportunity to meet other new students.

Tues 3 Oct
5.30pm Multifaith Prayers for the term ahead - different faith groups will lead prayers according to their particular faith tradition - Chaplaincy Foyer Area

6pm Shared vegan multi faith meal - Chaplaincy Café. All welcome.

Weds 4 Oct
3-4.30pm Traditional Afternoon Tea - Chaplaincy Cafe

5-6pm 'Introduction to Meditation and Buddhism' - Chaplaincy Quiet Room

8pm “Not A Pub” Quiz – Quiz evening, chaplaincy foyer, no alcohol. Prizes!

Friday, 6 October
4-6pm Families & Student Parent Welcome Event: Chaplaincy Café. Food, games, and an opportunity to meet other student families on campus.

Sat 7 Oct
7.30pm Ceilidh - a night of traditional folk dancing that anyone can join in with, we will teach you all the steps. There will be a live scratch band accompanying so bring an instrument along if you want to play! Chaplaincy Foyer

Sunday 8 October
5.30pm Catholic Mass - Chaplaincy Catholic Chapel
